This wasn't a niche problem. It ran across the full EMEA map - from solo digital entrepreneurs in Croatia and Portugal to small and medium businesses in Poland, the Netherlands, and the UAE. The eleven years in Dublin were not spent waiting. They were spent learning how digital businesses actually grow - from the inside. Working across digital marketing strategy for businesses spanning EMEA markets, I developed something more valuable than credentials: a cross-market view of where online businesses break down, stall, and get stuck paying for the wrong infrastructure.
Before SOVEVO, there were other ideas. Tested ventures, early concepts, real-world experiments - each one teaching a sharper lesson about what European digital entrepreneurs actually needed versus what the market was selling them. That iteration was not failure. It was the research. The last four of those years, I was already operating a Hub - building and running the model that SOVEVO is now structured around.
